Julia Bozer

Julia Bozer is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute of Fine Arts, NYU, studying modern and contemporary art of the Americas, with a focus on the art of travel and cross-cultural encounters. She holds an M.A. in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Harvard University. In her pre-academic life, she held a variety of odd jobs in odd places, from the Galápagos Islands to the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.

In the 2016 -2017 season of the NYU Curatorial Collaborative, Bozer organized the exhibition Systems Flow featuring the work of artists Jóa and Kiyomi Taylor.
