Andrés González Cardona

Andrés González Cardona is a Master’s candidate at the Institute of Fine Arts where he researches avant-garde sculpture and book-making, especially the relationship between art and language, the politics and ethics of consumption, food economics and the impact of globalization on the neo-avant garde. Before graduating from Wake Forest University with degrees in Art History and Psychology, he lived and played in the green heart of North Carolina with his sister Sara and his parents Ana Lucia and Luis Gonzalez. He enjoys cooking, biking and a good yellow heirloom tomato with salt.
