Makenzi Fricker

Makenzi Fricker is currently pursuing a Masters of Art and Archaeology at the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University, where she focuses on contemporary sculpture, installation, new media art, and the built environment. She previously earned a Museum Studies Certificate from Northwestern University and a Bachelors of Fine Arts in the History of Art and Architecture and Anthropology from DePaul University. She has written for IFA Contemporary and has been a Kress Fellow for the Digital Humanities. Most recently, she was a curatorial intern at SculptureCenter, and has also held positions at the DePaul Art Museum, among others.
